Cameron the Fairy

Once upon a time there was a new cottage, the newest cottage ever. It was in the forest. The people that lived there were magical, there was Cameron the fairy and Ashley the witch. The two were best friends and always helped each other. Cameron always had someone to hypnotize and she was very good at hypnotizing people with songs or words and Ashley would always remind her of where and what she had to do.
One freezing winter afternoon, Cameron and Ashley were having a snowball fight when a newspaper flew into Ashley’s hand and inside she saw a genie lamp. They looked at the sky, snow was coming down. Ashley realized that our mission organizer told us not to forget when snowstorms come here, Caroline the Genie gets turned into a dog and to stop that she had to be with someone else magical!
Cameron put on a coat, gloves and a small pair of boots. She packed her wand and a few water bottles. Ashley and Cameron did their handshake and Ashley said “good luck”.
Cameron felt excited but a little bit nervous too. It was a winter afternoon; the ground was icy and snowy. The air was cool and breezy and the road looked slick. The trees were dull and bare. After two hours, the road became all ice and the snow was high. Cameron was angry because she knew that the trip would take longer than it was supposed to. Cameron’s wings were tired from flying in the strong wind. Suddenly, she saw a bed in a nearby cabin and she ran over to it. It was an old, dusty cabin but it also looked cozy.
She decided to lay down when all of a sudden the bed started to close up on her and she felt like she was in the middle of a sandwich. Cameron’s sight was pitch black and the smell was horrible. It smelled like a skunk sprayed you in the face. Her heart was pounding and she began taking giant gulps. In the distance there was the sound of a girl’s voice and it was getting closer. Then there it was a little creature with a pink, sparkly dress. The little creature said “I’m Kakacowaka the troll and I will eat you.” Cameron screamed, her legs began trembling and she could hardly breathe. She had to think like never before! Then all of a sudden, she had an idea, she could sing a lullaby to make Kakacowaka fall asleep into the button since the button was right behind her. Cameron sang to the creature and before you knew it the thing dozed off right onto the button and then the bed opened up. Cameron then tiptoed out of the cabin and promising never to go back continued on her journey.
It only took 2 minutes for Cameron to arrive to Caroline’s lamp. When she got there Caroline was baking chocolate chip cookies. Cameron told Caroline what she had come there for and Caroline then went home with her but before they left Caroline gave her a tray of cookies to say thank you and then zapped them both back to Cam’s cottage.
When she first arrived home, she led Caroline to her room and then went back to talk to Ashley. Ashley asked “how was your mission?” She responded “it’s a long story and I will tell you later…” she wondered should she tell Ashley what actually happened or leave out the part about the cursed cabin?
