The Adventure of Princess Alysha

Once upon a time there was a princess named Alysha.  She lived with a princess wizard named Alia.  They lived in a lovely, colorful palace near the ocean.  Alysha was very good at dancing.
One spring afternoon while Alysha and Alia were making breakfast they heard a bird singing.  The bird flew onto Alysha’s head.  It had a note.  The note said, “You are invited to the castle where the prince lives.”   At the bottom it said the prince was turning 19.  Alia warned Alysha, “Whatever you do, don’t go into the Enchanted Evil forest.”
Alysha put on a hot pink dress.  She packed a present for the prince.  See you tomorrow, Alia.  The sun was warming the air.  Flowers were blooming everywhere.  Alysha felt excited.  After an hour the weather changed.  It began to thunder and rain.  It made Alysha feel scared.  Alysha stopped to fix her dress.  Then she heard singing.  She thought it might be the prince.   She was curious and she walked right into the forest.
The instant Alysha stepped into the forest she stepped on some sand  and something grabbed her legs. AHHHH!  Alysha was trying to get out.  “Help!  Help!”  she screamed.  She was shrinking down into the quicksand.  The scariest thing of all was when a witch appeared.  She said her name was Cici Bodici.  She wore a black dress and hat and had orange hair and warts on her face.  You could go blind looking at her Alysha thought.  She said she was going to bury Alysha in the quick sand.
Thinking quickly Alysha told herself to twirl around and make Cici Bodici dizzy.  Alysha kept twirling and twirling until Cici Bodici passed out.  The n using Cici’s broomstick and her wand she managed to get out of the quick sand and she danced right out of the Enchanted Evil forest.
Finally, Alysha was safe.  She went directly to the Prince’s castle.  When she got there she was excited again.  She had a great time at the party.  The prince offered Alysha a ride home in his carriage.  She accepted because she was very tired.  “Hi Alia!  I’m home.” Alysha said.  “How was the party?” asked Alia.  Princess Alysha said, “Great!”  She never told Alia that she had gone into the Enchanted Evil forest.
