Anya and Neosha

by Anya

There once was a black and white kitten. She was very small. Her name was Anya and she was very good at spelling. She lived with a hamster named Neosha. They lived in a town. It was a very big town. It had a shop that Anya and Neosha would go to every day.
One day Anya was spelling a word. She shook her head when she was saying the letters. Neosha said, "You have a spelling bee to go to."
“O.K.” said Anya.
Neosha said, "Don't go near the old and black tree because it will dance the ballet and make you dizzy." When she said it she skipped in a circle because she didn’t know what dizzy is. While she was saying it she thought Anya would go to the Old and Black Tree, because she didn’t know the other way.
Anya said, "Bye."
When she was skipping she rocked her head and saw a brown and white leaf. It reminded her of Neosha's fur. It made her feel happy because she liked it when Anya thought about her. She got so distracted that suddenly the tree was behind her she ran as fast as she could soon the tree was right behind her. Just then something terrible happened. She remembered that Neosha said, "It will make you dizzy, and he hates spelling." So the tree danced the ballet.
Luckily she was good at spelling so she started to spell words so while she was spelling she rushed off to the spelling-bee.
When the spelling bee was over Neosha said, "Did you go near the tree?"
Anya had to tell the truth. Neosha said “Next time, you have to go with me.”
